Frequent urination issues?
Recently, I have been experiencing persistent tongue inflammation and suspect that I might be zinc deficient, so I started taking zinc supplements.
The inflamed and atrophied areas on my tongue have begun to heal, and the acne on my body has also disappeared.
Additionally, I previously had a severe anal fissure, which has also resolved.
At the same time, I feel that my urine flow is much stronger; previously, I had weak urination.
However, I am unsure if the recent drop in temperature and lack of sweating are affecting my urinary frequency, which seems to have increased slightly.
I feel a strong urge to urinate about seven to eight times a day, but I only consume water and a large amount of tea, approximately 1000cc a day, mainly black or green tea, with the rest being water.
I have a few questions:

Does this count as frequent urination? Three years ago, I had overactive bladder syndrome, but it resolved on its own, and now I feel similar symptoms again.

Could the zinc supplements be causing this? I am concerned about viruses, so I dissolve them in hot water before taking them.
