Tremor issues?

Although my sleep duration hasn't significantly increased, the quality of my sleep has improved.
I've observed a reduction in the amplitude and duration of muscle contractions below my right thumb, and the twitching in other parts of my body has improved, except for the inner soles of my feet.
However, I've noticed a new issue over the past two days.
When I slightly extend my fingers (not fully straight) or spread them outward, my ring and little fingers tremble side to side, which may stop after about 5 to 10 seconds (stabilizing).
This is more pronounced in my left hand than in my right, where the tremors are almost negligible (it started yesterday morning, improved after noon, and I hardly noticed any tremors, but the symptoms suddenly reappeared today and have persisted).
I have tried relaxing my hands and placing them open on my thighs, which usually does not trigger symptoms.
When I attempt to spread my fingers outward, they mostly do not tremble, but sometimes my little finger slightly shakes side to side.
I have also tried observing the symptoms from various angles or positions; sometimes, when I focus on the positions that typically trigger the symptoms, they do not tremble, but at other times, the shaking becomes more pronounced.
I am quite concerned that this might indicate a serious issue and would appreciate your clarification.
