Could dizziness upon waking be caused by Anpan or Lexotan?


Hello Doctor: Currently, my psychiatrist has prescribed me Lurasidone (離憂) and I take one tablet of Zolpidem (安寶寧) and one tablet of Sertraline (樂穩) before bed, usually around midnight, and I wake up around 6 AM.
If I have trouble sleeping around 2 or 3 AM, I take another Zolpidem.
This has been going on for about 5 to 6 months.
After waking up, I often feel very sleepy and frequently experience dizziness.
I would like to know if this situation could be caused by Zolpidem or Sertraline, and whether I should consider changing my medication.
