Hello, I had my upper right wisdom tooth extracted on Monday night, and I'm doing okay so far.

It is recommended to start with cold liquid foods and to avoid chewing on the side of the extraction site as much as possible.

It is advised to wait for 7 days until the wound has initially healed (the epithelium has grown over and there is no exposed bone) before proceeding with any further actions.
