Discomfort in the chest and difficulty breathing after exercise?


Hello, doctor.
I have maintained a habit of exercising for 30 minutes every day.
However, in the past few months, I have been experiencing dizziness, chest tightness, and sharp chest pain after exercising, and the frequency of these symptoms has been increasing.
I have tried extending the duration of my warm-up and resting afterward, as well as supplementing with protein, but the effects have been minimal.
After my post-exercise meal, I feel dizzy during and after eating, but I do not experience this with other meals.
In recent days, I have also noticed tightness in my back (around the area directly behind the heart and along the spine) the day after exercising, accompanied by pain that is not clearly localized.
