When I just wake up in the morning and lie in bed, I can move my hands without any issues, but when I try to bend them, they shake.
However, once I actually get out of bed, this problem disappears.
Now, I have developed a habit of lingering in bed after waking up, feeling a lack of motivation.
Throughout the day, I also get tired easily compared to before; I used to sleep around 6 hours, but now I find myself sleeping much longer.
