When the body is fatigued, a particularly strong fragrance can be detected?


Hello, doctor.
I have had allergic rhinitis since childhood, and this issue has followed me from the age of 15 to my current age of 31.
After years of observation, I have noticed that whenever my body is in a state of significant fatigue, my nose emits a particularly strong fragrance, similar to the overwhelming scent experienced when bringing one's nose close to a perfume bottle.
This usually occurs when I wake up from a nap, during late-night work sessions, or when I wake up after only three to four hours of sleep.
Around the age of 20, I had a more regular lifestyle and was getting about nine hours of sleep each night, which led to a two to three-year period without symptoms.
However, after I turned 23 and resumed staying up late, the fragrant symptom reappeared.
My rhinitis has improved significantly since I moved to Japan, but the fragrance during fatigue has not disappeared.
I would like to know what might be wrong with my nose.
Could it be nasal polyps? Or a sign of cancer?
