Shortness of breath?


Hello: For the past six months, I have been experiencing almost daily nasal congestion (which requires the use of sprays or medications for relief), occasional stiffness in my shoulders and neck, occasional dizziness, and a light-headed feeling.
I have to breathe very deeply, and I experience difficulty breathing and a feeling of tightness in my chest when lying down to sleep.
Sometimes I feel anxious.
I also have bloating that has persisted for about six months (I have seen a gastroenterologist and have been on several months of medication, which has only slightly improved my condition).
