At the beginning of this month, I was able to have normal sexual intercourse with my girlfriend, and both the erection hardness and duration were normal.
However, in the middle of the month, after a few instances of sexual activity, my girlfriend experienced slight bleeding due to small polyps in her vagina.
This led to me losing my erection and not being able to complete ejaculation.
