Sharp pain in the lower right abdomen?

Hello Doctor, I visited a gynecologist on February 22 due to lower abdominal pain.
After an ultrasound examination, it was determined that I had ovarian inflammation and enlargement.
After two weeks of medication treatment, I almost completely recovered.
However, yesterday, March 11, I suddenly started experiencing sharp pain in the lower abdomen near the right hip bone.
There is no specific point of tenderness, but the pain occurs when walking or moving my right leg.
The pain is particularly noticeable when I lie flat and bend my right knee, pulling it towards my body with both hands.
Could this pain be due to ovulation, or could it be a muscle strain? I haven't experienced anything like this before.
