Hello doctor, I am a 22-year-old female.
Last Monday (March 14), I stayed up late writing until 3 AM.
The next day, I started feeling unwell, so I stopped staying up late.
However, starting Wednesday (March 16), I began experiencing prolonged symptoms of chest tightness and pain, which occurred repeatedly for at least 2-3 hours, particularly in the morning and before bed, and it has persisted for a week.
This Friday (March 25), I visited a cardiology clinic, and the electrocardiogram showed no issues, only slight arrhythmia.
The doctor believed it was due to muscle tension and stress, and prescribed medication to take if I felt uncomfortable.
However, since then, the duration of the chest tightness has increased, and today (March 27), I have experienced chest tightness all day, accompanied by intermittent sharp pain in the chest, specifically under the left clavicle and near the armpit.
