The frequency of body diagnostics is the same as the heartbeat?


Hello, Doctor.
Recently, when I lie flat at night to sleep, I feel a constant vibrating sensation throughout my body, with a frequency that feels similar to my heartbeat.
However, when I lie on my side, the vibration sensation diminishes, allowing me to fall asleep.
I have been awakened by this vibration while sleeping, and I usually only get about 4 to 5 hours of sleep.
I also experience the same vibrating sensation while sitting in the living room watching TV.
I used a pulse oximeter to measure my heart rate, which is around 60 beats per minute and quite stable.
What could be happening to me? Is this a sign of a stroke? Thank you.
