Gastrointestinal discomfort?
A few days ago, I stayed up late (went to bed at 3 AM).
After waking up, I felt nauseous and had no appetite.
There was no vomiting or diarrhea.
The nausea isn't constant, but it occurs around mealtime, before and after eating.
Sometimes it comes and goes suddenly.
When my appetite is somewhat okay, I ate salty crispy chicken and ice cream without any immediate issues, but later I felt uncomfortable again.
I skipped lunch, which is unusual for me.
