Cetirizine and heart rate issues?

I have been taking cetirizine for chronic urticaria for over 10 years.
I have been using a smartwatch to monitor my heart rate, which often ranges from 95 to 100 bpm, and when lying down and resting, it is about 80 to 90 bpm.
I have tried stopping the medication for 2 days, and my heart rate dropped to 70 to 80 bpm, and when lying down and resting, it was 60 to 70 bpm.
Could you please advise me on the following: 1.
Is it possible that cetirizine is affecting my heart rate? 2.
What are the differences between levocetirizine and cetirizine regarding cardiovascular, liver, and kidney effects?
