There is constant mucus in the right nostril?


Hello: This symptom started last year and improved for a while, but has recently persisted.
There are mainly two situations with my nose: the right nostril consistently has mucus, which feels deeper and in small amounts, making it difficult to expel; I can only draw it back in.
Over time, this has caused a sensation in my throat when swallowing saliva.
This symptom often occurs even during hot weather when sweating, usually during the day, and lasts for a considerable period, although my right nostril generally breathes relatively smoothly during this time.
The second situation occurs more frequently when sleeping and just after waking up, where I experience a feeling of nasal congestion in the right nostril (not completely blocked, but it feels like there is only a small opening left for airflow; I can still breathe, but the airflow is noticeably reduced).
These two situations alternate throughout the day; the times mentioned are just periods of frequent occurrence but not absolute, and the left nostril occasionally has mucus but rarely experiences congestion.
Aside from these bothersome issues, I do not have any particular discomfort.
I have cleaned my room, but it doesn't seem to have improved significantly.
I would like to ask what these conditions might indicate and what methods could be used to resolve them.
