Hello, Doctor.
I have been experiencing dizziness that feels like swaying, similar to being on a boat, and sometimes I feel faint.
I had a 10-minute MRI of my brain, which came back normal, and an ear examination by an ENT specialist also showed normal results.
However, during a vascular stiffness test, the report indicated that my vascular age is 57, while I am only 24 years old.
Is this condition reversible? What can I do to improve my vascular health? Are there specific exercises or dietary recommendations? Thank you, Doctor.

The report shows baPWV values of 1443 on the right side and 1479 on the left side, while at my age, it should be around 1200.
It seems that my leg circulation is not very good, with 9R-Leg: 0.99 and L-Leg: 1.09.
Could you please advise if my vascular condition is concerning and if it is related to my dizziness? Thank you for your assistance!
