In recent years, I have consumed alcohol in small amounts, but I have had a smoking habit for seven years.
I am currently serving in the military and have a regular exercise routine.
Recently, I started taking medication for chronic sinusitis, which I have been on for about two to three weeks.
During this time, I have noticed a lack of morning erections and diminished interest in watching adult films.

I have been intimate with my girlfriend, and while I have the desire to engage in sexual activity, my arousal seems to be low.
During foreplay, my penis does achieve an erection, but it is only about 60-70% firm.
However, I find that before penetration, it becomes soft again.
This has created some anxiety, and no matter how much stimulation I receive, I struggle to maintain an erection.

Yesterday, I attempted to be intimate again, and while I was able to achieve an erection during foreplay and oral sex, it became soft again when it was time for penetration.
