Hello Doctor: I recently started weight training for the past week and have been consuming weight gain protein powder, along with increasing my water intake to about 2500 ml per day.
In the last couple of days, I've noticed that my urine has become almost clear (including the first urine in the morning), and sometimes there are slight bubbles.
