Large red spots on the inner thigh, tibia, and inner calf?


Initially, I noticed red spots on the inner side of my right thigh near the groin, about the size of a palm.
The red spots were scattered.
After two to three days, the spots changed to a large area of red dots on the front of my right calf and the entire calf (with no spots on the outer side), and there were only a few barely noticeable spots on the left side.
I'm a bit worried and unable to see a doctor at the moment, so I would like to ask what this symptom might indicate.
