Not sure how to eat?
I originally experienced heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding after taking medication to induce menstruation.
The doctor diagnosed me with irregular menstruation.
Following the doctor's guidance, I have gradually regulated my menstrual cycle, and the thickness of my endometrium has returned to a normal level.
I am now experiencing almost no bleeding.
During my follow-up appointment on March 16, the doctor mentioned that if I still have light spotting, I should take hemostatic medication, but if there is no bleeding, I do not need to continue taking it.
The doctor also prescribed Estrogen and Fuyan tablets.
I am a bit confused about whether I should start taking the Estrogen and Fuyan tablets a week after the bleeding stops, around March 23, or if I need to wait until my next menstrual period begins to take the Estrogen and Fuyan tablets.

It is recommended to start taking it after your menstrual period, but please consult your physician regarding the treatment plan.

More Info
It sounds like you are navigating a complex situation regarding your menstrual health and the medications prescribed by your doctor. Based on the information you've provided, it seems that you have experienced irregular periods and heavy bleeding, which has led to a treatment plan involving hormonal medications.
To clarify your situation, it is essential to understand the purpose of the medications you have been prescribed. The "益斯得錠" (likely a form of hormonal therapy) and "婦安錠" (which may be a form of uterine health support) are typically used to help regulate menstrual cycles and manage symptoms associated with irregular periods.
From your description, it appears that your doctor has advised you to take the medications based on your bleeding status. If you are still experiencing light spotting or any bleeding ("滴滴答答的血量"), it is generally recommended to wait until this has completely stopped before starting the new medications. This is because starting hormonal treatment while there is still active bleeding can sometimes complicate the situation or lead to further irregularities.
Given that your doctor mentioned that you could start the medications if the bleeding has stopped, you should ideally wait until you have had at least a week of no bleeding before beginning the "益斯得錠" and "婦安錠." This means if you stop bleeding around March 16, you would consider starting the medications around March 23, as you suggested. However, if you experience any bleeding again before that date, it would be wise to consult your doctor for further guidance.
In terms of your overall health, it is crucial to maintain open communication with your healthcare provider. If you have any uncertainties or if your symptoms change, do not hesitate to reach out to them. They can provide personalized advice based on your specific health history and current condition.
Additionally, it is important to monitor how your body responds to the medications once you start them. Hormonal treatments can sometimes have side effects, and it is essential to report any unusual symptoms to your doctor. They may want to adjust your treatment plan based on how you respond.
In summary, wait until you have had a week of no bleeding before starting the "益斯得錠" and "婦安錠." If you have any doubts or if your situation changes, consult your doctor for the best course of action. Your health and well-being are paramount, and your healthcare provider is there to support you through this process.
