Persistent chest tightness for one month?


Hello, doctor.
Since February 18, I have been experiencing daily chest tightness, usually in the evening.
During the first week, I had 30-50 episodes of gastric discomfort and palpitations each day.
I consulted my family doctor, who diagnosed me with gastritis and prescribed Famotidine, Gasteel, B12, and fish oil capsules.
My condition has improved somewhat; the palpitations have stopped, but I still experience about 10 episodes of gastric discomfort daily.
The chest tightness is mild, rated around 2/10, and usually occurs in the evening, lasting about half an hour to an hour.
The location of the pain varies each time, mostly in the center, but sometimes it shifts to the left side of the chest.
Since this has been ongoing for nearly a month, I am concerned it might be a heart issue.
I would like to ask if you think I should see a cardiologist, or if you have any suggestions for improvement.
