Chest tightness?


Hello Doctor, I have had this symptom since elementary school.
Whenever I experience high stress, excessive fatigue, or consume sugary drinks (e.g., cola, sweet tea), I feel a tightness in my chest (which can be painful at times) and a sensation of nausea (with the urge to vomit sour bile).
However, the strange thing is that every time I encounter this situation, lying flat immediately makes me feel much better, and the aforementioned symptoms disappear within a few minutes...
there has never been an exception.
I'm not sure what this could be.
