Focusing issues with the eyes?

I am patient 198351.
Today I visited the clinic, and they said that excessive fatigue can lead to convergence insufficiency, which causes my right eye to drift inward when I lose focus.
They used a device similar to a flashlight and magnifying glass to examine my eyes and mentioned that there is a slight injury, but it is not a hole and should heal on its own.
Based on this, it seems that I do not have strabismus.
They prescribed eye relaxation drops and artificial tears for me.
However, I was too nervous to ask how long this loss of focus might last.
I'm not sure if it will resolve on its own or if, as mentioned online, I need to do some sort of focus training.
