Intermittent pain in the left and right chest?


Hello Doctor: For the past three days, I have been experiencing frequent chest discomfort, particularly on the left side.
Sometimes it feels sharp, and other times it feels like pressure.
The pain often starts when I am quiet or resting, and occasionally I also experience palpitations and shortness of breath.
A few days ago, I visited a doctor for tinnitus and dizziness, and I have since recovered and have been taking medication to improve circulation.
I have been feeling anxious for the past three days and haven't dared to tell my parents.
I exercise regularly, but I often stay up late and feel anxious.
