Are you pregnant?
Hello doctor, on June 30th, I helped my boyfriend with manual stimulation, but there was no ejaculation and no contact with the vaginal opening, at most there was only pre-ejaculate fluid.
I'm not sure if it got on my fingers, but a few minutes later, I inserted my fingers into my vagina.
My period came on July 5th as scheduled.
Is there a possibility of pregnancy? On July 31st, I performed oral sex, and after kissing, I also performed oral sex on a girl, but I was scared and it lasted only about 10 seconds, with no ejaculation.
Could this lead to pregnancy? (There was no ejaculation during oral sex.) My period came on August 3rd, but it was a day late.
The flow was normal and the color was also normal, but on the third day, I woke up feeling anemic (I even fainted on the floor).
After that, the blood flow decreased.
Is this due to anemia or is it not my period? The period lasted until the sixth day with a small amount of blood.
Could this still be implantation bleeding? Recently, I've been feeling a bit nauseous after eating, but my stomach hasn't noticeably enlarged, and I can still breathe in with my stomach flat.
Is this pregnancy or just psychological stress? (P.S.
There was no ejaculation or loss of virginity in any of the above situations.) Thank you, doctor.

When it comes to the question of whether you might be pregnant based on the intimate encounters you've described, it's essential to understand the mechanics of conception and the signs of pregnancy. From what you've shared, it seems that you have engaged in activities that typically do not lead to pregnancy, especially since there was no ejaculation involved in the encounters.
To clarify, pregnancy occurs when sperm fertilizes an egg. This typically requires sperm to be deposited in or near the vaginal canal, which can happen through vaginal intercourse or, in some rare cases, through manual stimulation if sperm is transferred from the fingers to the vagina. However, the likelihood of becoming pregnant from the scenarios you've described—particularly with the use of fingers after a hand job and without ejaculation—is extremely low.
You mentioned that you had your period on July 5, which is a strong indicator that you are not pregnant. Menstrual bleeding is a sign that the body has not conceived, as the uterine lining sheds when an egg is not fertilized. The fact that your period arrived on time and had a normal flow and color further supports this. The slight delay of one day in your cycle can be attributed to various factors, including stress, hormonal fluctuations, or changes in routine, and is not uncommon.
Regarding the symptoms you experienced, such as feeling faint and having gastrointestinal discomfort, these could be due to several reasons unrelated to pregnancy. The fainting episode may indicate a drop in blood pressure or blood sugar levels, which can happen for various reasons, including dehydration, fatigue, or anxiety. It's also worth noting that anxiety can manifest physically, leading to symptoms such as nausea or gastrointestinal upset.
As for the possibility of implantation bleeding, which can occur when a fertilized egg attaches to the uterine lining, this typically happens around a week after conception. Given that you had a regular period, it is unlikely that the light bleeding you experienced was implantation bleeding.
If you are still feeling anxious about the possibility of pregnancy or if your symptoms persist, it may be beneficial to take a home pregnancy test for peace of mind. These tests are quite accurate when taken after a missed period. Additionally, if you continue to experience gastrointestinal discomfort or any other concerning symptoms, it would be wise to consult with a healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation.
In summary, based on the information provided, it seems highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Your menstrual cycle's regularity and the nature of your intimate encounters suggest that conception did not occur. However, if you have ongoing concerns or symptoms, seeking medical advice is always a good step to ensure your health and well-being.
