I would like to inquire about the issue of sweating in my arms.
It is a normal physiological response for certain parts of the body to sweat in hot weather; I usually sweat from my forehead, armpits, and other areas.
However, recently, I have noticed that my forearms have become the primary area for sweating (with beads of sweat flowing heavily) despite the hot weather.
Could this be a warning sign from my body? Or could it be due to poor lifestyle habits (such as lack of sleep or consuming stimulating foods) or psychological stress? I am concerned about the change in the areas where I sweat.
