Recently, I have been experiencing a lot of health issues?

Hello Doctor, since the beginning of this summer, I have been feeling excessively hot and sweating profusely even with slight exercise.
I have also been experiencing recurrent infections in my intimate area (itching and discharge seem normal).
On August 7th, I visited a rehabilitation specialist due to pain in my lower left back (near the lumbar region).
The doctor pressed on my lower back and buttocks, which was extremely painful, and suggested that I buy a tennis ball to apply pressure on the painful points at home.
I plan to follow this advice.

Two weeks ago, I started feeling very fatigued, needing 1 to 2 more hours of sleep each day compared to before.
At that time, I thought it was due to my menstrual period, but even after it ended, I still often feel tired, although I feel better on weekends.
About a week ago, while lying in bed at night, I frequently experienced sweating in the back of my neck, even with the air conditioning set to a cold temperature; that area still felt hot, and my body alternated between feeling hot and cold.
This symptom has subsided in the past few days.
This week, I have noticed that I am particularly prone to hair loss.
A few nights ago, I felt swelling and pain at the base of my right fingers (from the middle finger to the little finger).
The following night, I experienced a very noticeable stabbing pain from the base of my right ring finger, along the side of my little finger, on both sides of my palm, and extending to the back of my forearm.
By midnight, I also felt a slight tingling sensation in the side of my left palm and forearm, but that has since resolved.
Additionally, I have noticed that my feet seem to have thickened; when I wear my originally loose shoes, the tops of my feet feel constricted.
This has been happening for several months.
Over two years ago, I began experiencing urticaria and weight gain issues.
After diagnosis, I often feel a sensation of something stuck in my throat (it was confirmed that there is something in my throat).
I had my thyroid checked last year, and everything was normal.
My health check-up showed several concerning results, including high cholesterol and uric acid levels.
Do I need to undergo any specific tests, or should I just start exercising and reduce my intake of fried and sugary foods? Thank you.

Due to the symptoms involving multiple organ systems, it is recommended to visit a large hospital and consult with a family medicine specialist for a systematic examination.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Understanding your health issues is crucial for achieving better wellness, especially when faced with a variety of symptoms that can be interconnected. Based on your description, it seems you are experiencing multiple health concerns, including excessive sweating, fatigue, recurrent infections, pain, and changes in your body composition. Let’s break down these symptoms and explore potential solutions.

Symptoms Overview
1. Excessive Sweating and Heat Sensitivity: Feeling hot and sweating excessively, especially during minimal exertion, can be indicative of several conditions. Hyperhidrosis, hormonal imbalances (such as those related to thyroid issues), or even anxiety can cause these symptoms.
2. Recurrent Infections: Frequent infections in the intimate area can be a sign of an underlying issue, such as a weakened immune system, hormonal changes, or even diabetes. It’s essential to consult a healthcare provider to rule out any serious conditions.

3. Back Pain and Muscle Discomfort: The pain in your lower back and buttocks, along with the recommendation to use a tennis ball for myofascial release, suggests muscular tension or possibly a musculoskeletal issue. Physical therapy or targeted exercises may help alleviate this discomfort.

4. Fatigue and Sleep Changes: Increased fatigue and the need for more sleep can be linked to various factors, including stress, hormonal changes, or nutritional deficiencies. It’s important to assess your lifestyle, including diet and stress levels, to identify potential contributors.

5. Nerve Pain and Tingling: The symptoms of tingling and pain in your fingers and hands could indicate nerve compression or issues related to circulation. Conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome or cervical spine issues could be responsible.

6. Weight Gain and Changes in Body Composition: The feeling that your feet have become thicker and the mention of weight gain could be related to fluid retention, hormonal changes, or metabolic issues. Elevated cholesterol and uric acid levels also warrant attention, as they can lead to further health complications.

Recommended Actions
1. Comprehensive Medical Evaluation: Given the variety of symptoms, it would be prudent to undergo a thorough medical evaluation. This should include blood tests to check for hormonal levels, thyroid function, and markers of inflammation. Additionally, tests for diabetes and other metabolic conditions may be necessary.

2. Lifestyle Modifications: Implementing lifestyle changes can significantly impact your overall health. Focus on:
- Diet: Reduce intake of fried foods and sugars, and increase consumption of whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. Consider consulting a nutritionist for personalized advice.

- Exercise: Regular physical activity can help manage weight, improve mood, and enhance overall health. Aim for a mix of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises.

- Stress Management: Techniques such as mindfulness, yoga, or meditation can help alleviate stress, which may be contributing to your physical symptoms.

3. Follow-Up with Specialists: Depending on the results of your initial evaluations, you may need to see specialists such as an endocrinologist for hormonal issues, a rheumatologist for joint and nerve symptoms, or a dietitian for nutritional guidance.

4. Monitor Symptoms: Keep a detailed log of your symptoms, including when they occur, their severity, and any potential triggers. This information can be invaluable for your healthcare provider in diagnosing and treating your condition.

Conclusion
Your symptoms are complex and may be interconnected, reflecting a combination of physical and possibly psychological factors. It’s essential to approach this situation holistically, considering both medical evaluations and lifestyle changes. By taking proactive steps and seeking appropriate medical care, you can work towards regaining your health and well-being. Remember, open communication with your healthcare providers is key to finding the right solutions for your health issues.
