Can sweetened soy milk be consumed daily?


Hello Dr.
Pei, my son is currently 12 years old.
He has a poor appetite in the morning, but he eats quite a lot for lunch and dinner.
However, he remains very thin, with a BMI of only 16.
I send him to school with two bottles of 100% fresh milk every day to supplement his nutrition, but he is starting to get a bit tired of it.
