Hello doctor, I am 26 years old.
Recently, for the past 5-6 days, I have been feeling a heaviness in my head and neck, and occasionally I feel a bit lightheaded (not severe dizziness).
I also feel easily fatigued and tired, and there is occasionally a slight tightness in the area of my cheeks.
I have not experienced any trauma or injury recently, and these symptoms started without any apparent cause.
I am unsure what the issue might be.
