Hello doctor, I have a habit of using my Apple Watch to monitor my heart rate, which is usually recorded automatically.
I noticed that this morning, my heart rate suddenly jumped from 83 beats per minute to 173 beats per minute, and after a few seconds, it returned to 87 beats per minute.
During this time, I was just walking and did not feel any discomfort.
I would like to know if this could be atrial fibrillation or another type of malignant arrhythmia.
I have previously undergone a full-day ECG, which showed no issues.
