Ejaculatory dysfunction?


Hello doctor, I am currently only 20 years old, but I have noticed that during ejaculation, the semen flows out rather than being expelled, and the amount is also less compared to others.
I ejaculate about every two to three days, and it flows out.
If I hold off for a week, I can ejaculate forcefully (and after a week of abstinence, I become very sensitive and ejaculate quickly), but I only have one strong ejaculation, and after that, the rest is still flowing or dripping.
I would like to know if this could be a sign of any underlying condition that requires a clinic visit.
I have read that some patients with spinal injuries experience sexual dysfunction, and I have scoliosis; could this also be affecting my ejaculation issues?
