I fell and hit the left side of my chest.
After visiting the hospital, the doctor determined there were no fractures, but the X-ray did not show any issues.
That night, when I turned over in bed, I heard a loud cracking sound from my left ribcage, similar to the sound of a bone breaking, followed by severe pain that persists to this day.
I later went to a clinic for another X-ray, and the doctor said the rib cartilage was fractured.
Now, every time I move, I hear a popping sound, as well as a gurgling noise, and I experience significant pain when breathing, coughing, or moving.
