I want to find relief. How can I resolve this?


Hello, doctor! I am currently serving in the military, and I have been troubled by chest tightness, migraines, and abdominal bloating for many years.
I had an abdominal ultrasound, and the doctor said everything was fine, so I tried to ignore it.
However, recently, I have noticed that these issues are becoming more severe, including intermittent sharp chest pain, difficulty breathing, palpitations, shortness of breath, nausea, and sudden dizziness when standing up after squatting.
Additionally, my abdomen feels bloated all the time, and I have habitual constipation, especially after eating foods high in flavor enhancers.
My gastrointestinal system feels very uncomfortable.
I am unsure what diseases these symptoms could indicate and what further tests I should undergo.
