Recently, I have been frequently experiencing dizziness and lightheadedness?


Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing frequent dizziness during the day, usually lasting one to two seconds.
The situation worsens at night, where I feel increasingly dizzy, culminating in a sensation of an electric current coursing from the top of my head down through my body (such as my fingers).
At this point, I feel overwhelmed and have to force myself to concentrate, which temporarily alleviates the sensation.
However, as soon as I relax, the symptoms return, making it impossible for me to sleep unless I am extremely exhausted.
This situation has caused me some panic.
Additionally, my daily routine has been very irregular, with reversed day and night cycles, and I have been consuming alcohol and tobacco without restraint.
I would like to understand what might be causing these symptoms.
