Hello, doctor.
I am 17 years old and I have a question.
Recently, I have noticed that the color of my urine is lighter; sometimes it is clear and other times it is more yellow.
I go to the bathroom approximately every two hours and I drink around 1500 ml of fluids daily, usually drinking a little when I feel thirsty.
In the morning, my urine tends to be more yellow, and if I drink less water, it becomes even more yellow.
Doctor, I would like to know if this is normal and whether it could be because I only eat three meals a day, which might mean my body doesn't have waste to eliminate.

When you drink more water, the urine is lighter in color, and when you drink less, it is darker.
