Currently, I am taking medications for mental health, including Seroquel, Zolpidem, and Venlafaxine, along with antihypertensive medication.
I monitor my temperature and blood pressure daily, both of which are normal.
I go to bed at 10 PM to read a novel and wake up naturally.
For the past seven years, I have been doing medical exercise with my husband for one hour every morning.
Since the pandemic, I have been less active, and my weight increased to 52 kg (152 cm), leading to a protruding abdomen.
Starting in September 2022, I began adding half an hour of aerobic exercise in the morning and one hour in the afternoon, and my weight is now 45 kg.
