Over the past month, I have experienced episodes of shortness of breath and dizziness two to three times.
Initially, I would have tinnitus, chest tightness, and cold sweats.
After a few minutes, it would progress to shortness of breath (feeling like I can't take a deep breath, a bit wheezy), a tight throat, numbness in my hands and feet, and dizziness.
The first time this happened was at the beginning of last month, and I was quite scared.
I wanted to leave the classroom quickly and fainted outside, hitting my head on the floor.
Since this has happened two to three times this month, I would like to ask the doctor which specialty I should consult for further evaluation, and what I should do during these episodes to feel better.
