I have been feeling fatigued and weak for three months, and walking is exhausting (my weight is normal).
I exercise 4-5 times a month and experience chest tightness along with occasional tinnitus.
Drinking coffee to boost my energy results in palpitations and some bloating in my stomach, and I also experience constipation.
If blood tests for endocrine function and liver function come back normal, how can I improve my symptoms? Really need your help!
