Sudden sharp pain on the right side of the back caused by turning over?

Hello Dr.
Chen, last night when I went to bed, I was lying on my side with my left knee bent and turned to the right when I suddenly experienced a sharp, severe pain on the right side of my back that lasted for about a few minutes.
The area of pain seems to be near my kidney.
I am tall and thin, and my kidney function was checked at the end of December with blood tests showing normal levels for B.U.N.
(Blood Urea Nitrogen), Creatinine, and Uric Acid.
A few years ago, I experienced a similar situation when changing my posture while standing.
Could you please advise what this issue might be? If I need to see a doctor, which department should I visit? Thank you.
