Unable to straighten the back?


Hello Doctor: I often play badminton, which involves a lot of movement in my lower back.
One time, I felt great while playing, but afterward, I noticed some discomfort in my lower back.
It doesn't hurt, but I can't fully straighten up no matter how hard I try.
I have a sensation near my spine around the hip area, as if something is blocking it.
This feeling lasted for about a day or two, and after resting for several days and avoiding bending movements, the symptoms completely disappeared.
However, when I resumed exercising, I still experienced mild symptoms.
