Chest tightness with a sensation of dizziness?


In recent months, I have frequently experienced chest tightness and difficulty breathing, often feeling like I can't take a deep breath.
I often have palpitations, especially after exercising or taking a shower, and during these times, I struggle to catch my breath and feel bloated.
It feels like I have a breath stuck in my throat, and I often feel dizzy due to the inability to breathe properly.
Additionally, my left arm and underarm area feel swollen and numb, with noticeable swelling in the armpit.
Last month, I visited a cardiologist for an electrocardiogram and a pulmonologist for a chest X-ray, both of which showed no abnormalities.
I previously took medication for esophageal reflux combined with gastric bleeding from February to March, and I have been taking psychiatric medication (Ruoan tablets) for insomnia over the past two weeks.
Over the past year, due to shift work and poor diet, I have gained over 10 kilograms.
My blood pressure has recently been around 135/85, which hasn't varied much.
I am unsure if this is related to the aforementioned issues or what kind of disease it could be.
