Persistent dizziness?


Hello Dr.
Lin,
Since I moved in July, I have been experiencing a daily sensation of dizziness and a feeling of lightheadedness.
It's not the spinning type of dizziness, but rather a feeling of pressure in my head and difficulty concentrating.
Additionally, since the onset of this dizziness, my sleep quality has deteriorated.
Previously, I felt well-rested after 7 hours of sleep, but now even after 8 hours, I still feel tired.
I usually go to bed around 1 AM.
I previously consulted an ENT specialist who diagnosed me with inner ear imbalance.
After a month of treatment, there has been no improvement, and I still feel lightheaded.
Is this an indication of a health issue? I would appreciate your help in answering this question.
