Hello, Doctor: In the past few months, I have often felt a heavy sensation in my head (not a spinning sensation).
It seems to feel better when I wake up in the morning, but during the day, the heavy and uncomfortable feeling gradually returns.
Pressing on the sides of the back of my head causes pain, and I feel tightness and soreness in my neck and shoulders.
Sometimes I experience mild headaches (in various locations), but there are no other significant symptoms.
I feel somewhat better when walking.
I have visited a clinic, but the medication has not been very effective.
Could you please advise what this condition might be? What should I pay attention to? What tests should be done? Thank you!
