Hello Doctor, I have been trying to maintain a regular lifestyle.
Based on my symptoms of dizziness and soreness, I am following the prescribed dosage and exercising.
I have become accustomed to the dizziness, but there has been some improvement.
However, regarding my heart, I feel discomfort and experience fatigue and slow breathing while speaking, which doesn't necessarily occur only during stressful situations.
The discomfort is located approximately to the right of my heart.
I have had a chest X-ray; does this indicate that there are no major issues with my heart, or is it necessary to have a cardiologist evaluate it? I am concerned that my heart function may be indirectly affected or related to other discomforts I am experiencing.
