Hello Doctor, I still occasionally experience dizziness.
I have stopped taking Inderal.
I previously tried taking half a Xanax during my afternoon nap and before bed, but I am currently only taking half a pill before bed.
Sometimes, I feel that the effect is not very significant.
I am unsure if I should discuss this with my doctor and consider trying other medications as a substitute, gradually helping me to no longer rely on medication.
