Toe corrosion due to sweat?


Hello doctor, my boyfriend sweats a lot, and his sweat glands are very developed all over his body, especially in his hands and feet.
It's practically dripping (I'm not exaggerating).
No matter what type of shoes he wears, whether it's sandals or sneakers, as long as his feet are enclosed, he will continuously sweat.
After being enclosed for 4-5 hours, the skin between his toes gets eroded by the sweat, creating little indentations (not warts).
Eventually, it turns into a larger area, and his toes look like the skin is almost gone.
It feels like if his feet are enclosed for any longer, they would be exposed to the bone.
However, if he lets his toes breathe for 2-3 days, those indentations turn into white dead skin.
