Ejaculation during defecation?
Hello, doctor.
I would like to ask why the duration of intercourse is often short, sometimes even less than a minute before ejaculation.
Occasionally, I also experience a sensation of ejaculation while urinating (isn't that a counteraction?).
The most surprising thing is that recently, during a bowel movement, I actually ejaculated while straining.
I am unsure what this could indicate.
Thank you for your response.

Hello: In response to your question, premature ejaculation is an abnormal reflex of ejaculation, typically primary, meaning it occurs from the very beginning of sexual activity.
It is advisable to consult a specialist for treatment.

Ejaculation during bowel movements, while it may sound unusual, can be explained through a combination of anatomical and physiological factors. The male reproductive and urinary systems share a common pathway, which can lead to some interesting interactions during bodily functions.
First, it’s essential to understand the anatomy involved. The prostate gland, seminal vesicles, and the muscles of the pelvic floor play crucial roles in ejaculation. The prostate is located just below the bladder and surrounds the urethra, the tube through which urine and semen exit the body. When you exert pressure during a bowel movement, the pelvic floor muscles contract, which can inadvertently stimulate the prostate and lead to ejaculation. This phenomenon is sometimes referred to as "prostatic fluid release" and can occur even without sexual arousal.
Additionally, the sensation of ejaculation during urination or bowel movements can be linked to the reflexive nature of these processes. The body has complex neural pathways that control the functions of the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. When you push during a bowel movement, the pressure can stimulate the nerves that also control ejaculation, leading to the sensation of ejaculation or even the release of semen.
Regarding your concern about premature ejaculation during sexual activity, this is a common issue that many men experience. Factors contributing to premature ejaculation can include anxiety, lack of experience, or heightened sensitivity. It’s important to note that this condition is often treatable through various methods, including behavioral techniques, counseling, and sometimes medication.
If you are experiencing ejaculation during bowel movements frequently, it may be beneficial to consult a healthcare professional. They can assess whether there are underlying issues, such as pelvic floor dysfunction or prostate health concerns, that may need to be addressed.
In summary, while ejaculation during bowel movements can be surprising, it is not necessarily a cause for alarm. It can be attributed to the anatomical and physiological connections between the urinary and reproductive systems. However, if this occurrence is accompanied by discomfort or if you have concerns about your sexual health, seeking medical advice is always a prudent step. A healthcare provider can offer tailored guidance and potential treatment options to address both premature ejaculation and any unusual experiences during bowel movements.
