Could this lead to pregnancy?

I would like to ask about an incident that happened on the morning of March 18 (Sunday).
My boyfriend was rubbing against my vagina externally for a few seconds and attempted to penetrate, but he couldn't, and I told him to stop! At that time, he only had a little transparent discharge, which might not have been anything significant, as I had performed oral sex on him before, so I might have removed any sperm.
I know that this discharge can contain some sperm, but since he did not penetrate or ejaculate inside, what is the likelihood of me getting pregnant? (I am still very young and not in a position to have a child, nor can I have one).
My last period was on March 18, and the one before that was from February 8 to February 9.
My menstrual cycle is irregular, so I cannot calculate my ovulation period.
I have researched on Yahoo Knowledge+ and found that many people say the chances are low and that it is unlikely, but there are also exceptional cases, so I still want to consult a medical professional.
It has been almost 72 hours; is the emergency contraceptive pill still effective? Should I buy a pregnancy test? When should I take it? If I am pregnant, when will I know? (I am considering taking RU486).
If I am indeed pregnant, can I take RU486 without parental consent since I am under 20?

1.
The likelihood of conception is very low for activities that occur before or after the menstrual period.
2.
If there are any concerns, you can visit a nearby obstetrics and gynecology clinic for an examination.
3.
According to the Maternal and Child Health Act, minors require parental consent for abortion.
This law serves as a special provision of the criminal code, with the age of majority set at 18 years.
However, in practice, most facilities will require individuals to be at least 20 years old.

When it comes to the possibility of getting pregnant from pre-ejaculation, it's important to understand the mechanics of male ejaculation and the nature of pre-ejaculatory fluid. Pre-ejaculation, or pre-cum, is a fluid released by the male during sexual arousal before ejaculation. This fluid can contain sperm, although typically in much lower concentrations than ejaculate.
In your situation, since your boyfriend did not ejaculate inside you and only had a small amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid, the likelihood of pregnancy is relatively low. However, it is not zero. Sperm can be present in pre-ejaculatory fluid, and if there was any sperm present, there is a small chance that it could lead to pregnancy, especially if it came into contact with the vaginal canal.

Given that your menstrual cycle is irregular, it can be challenging to determine your fertile window. Generally, ovulation occurs about 12 to 16 days before the start of your next period. If you have irregular cycles, predicting ovulation can be difficult, which adds to the uncertainty regarding the risk of pregnancy.

Regarding emergency contraception, if it has been less than 72 hours since the potential exposure, you can still consider taking emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs), commonly known as the "morning-after pill." These pills are most effective when taken as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse. There are two main types of ECPs: levonorgestrel (Plan B) and ulipristal acetate (Ella). Levonorgestrel is effective up to 72 hours after unprotected sex, while ulipristal acetate can be effective up to 120 hours after.
As for pregnancy testing, you can take a home pregnancy test about one week after the missed period for the most accurate results. If your cycle is irregular, you might want to wait at least two weeks after the potential conception date to ensure the test can detect the hormone hCG, which indicates pregnancy.

If you suspect you might be pregnant and are considering medical abortion options like RU486 (mifepristone), it's crucial to consult with a healthcare provider. In the United States, the use of RU486 typically requires a prescription and a consultation with a healthcare professional. Additionally, laws regarding parental consent for minors vary by state, so it is essential to understand the regulations in your area.

In summary, while the risk of pregnancy from pre-ejaculation is low, it is not impossible. If you are concerned about potential pregnancy, consider taking emergency contraception if within the appropriate time frame and follow up with a pregnancy test if your period is late. Always consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice and to discuss any concerns regarding reproductive health and options available to you.
