Low back pain?


I have been experiencing sudden lower back pain since around February to March of this year, and the pain has become more pronounced.
Now, whenever I sit for less than a minute, I start to feel a tingling sensation in my buttocks.
I would like to know if this is serious and if there are any methods to help my back recover.
