Do certain daily activities affect the retina?


Dear Director Hu,
Hello.
I underwent retinal reattachment surgery and laser treatment on my left eye in 2007, and laser treatment on my right eye in 2007 as well.
You previously mentioned avoiding activities that involve significant gravitational acceleration, as well as refraining from rubbing or applying pressure to the eyeball.
I would like to ask whether the following actions could potentially affect my retina or other parts of my eyes:

Napping, where my head may involuntarily nod downward.
2.
Lying down at the hair salon while getting my hair washed, where the stylist quickly lifts my head.

Engaging in mountain climbing, which increases my heart rate.
